Jobsapp/jobroller footer and widget problem

My footer is not displaying on homepage/job pages but displays on other pages created. How can I fix this? I have tried disabling all the widgets and plugins,i have tried different settings by switching footer on /off ,1,2,3 ,4 column settings in the jobs app settings but stil the nothing.

Also, the widget on the homepage(jobs pages) sidebar can't be changed..it keep displaying same widgets. I have deleted all the widgets and added new ones but the same problem.
