JR 1.2 issues/bugs

I am very happy to see 1.2 released. But I do not see lot of things which I expected to see.

1) Submit a Job feature asks for company name,website,logo every time.
2) Posting a job in Irving,TX shows up as "Anywhere" if posted from outside of US. I am currently in India on vacation.
3) Though disbaled in settings, "How to Apply" shows up on Preview and Confirm pages.
4) Salary/Rate can be per annum or per hour. Having a dropdown is not a good choice. 99% contract jobs are "per hour".
5) Showing Jobsearch even in pages like contact us or about us. There's a mod out there but it would have been great if it had been implemented.
These are just results from basic testing of the release. I wonder how the team could miss these.

But I should admit though, there are some cool features, which I saw in this release.
