    Keep Featured Jobs at the top of all job lists

    I plan to have paid jobs and "backfill" jobs from Indeed on my jobsite. Two questions please....

    1. How can I make paid jobs Featured by default?

    2. How can I keep paid jobs at the top of any job list? i.e. list paid jobs followed by "backfill" jobs from Indeed.
