Major Flaw with Jobroller & Posting Jobs?

Hi

I have noticed a flaw in the Job posting functionality of JR.

I am on JR 1.6.1, but this issue has been around since the original release I believe.

Basically, when a employer goes to submit a job without any active job pack, they fill in all the details, select a job pack to pay for, get to the confirm step and click next to go to the Paypal payment. If they stop themselves from doing any payment at this point, and browse BACK or close tab and go to the homepage of the job site again, they will see that their job is ALREADY POSTED, without any payment being processed!!!

So People can post jobs for free with this MAJOR BUG!

Someone please tell me I am doing something wrong to witness this?
