Multiple jobroller installations in multisite network - shared database

Hello,
I have one question and I would like to hear some general opinions and tips. My plan in the future would be to control multiple jobroller installations inside different domains and servers but with shared database.

Basically I would like to offer my jobroller site to be installed inside others websites (www.someoneswebsite.com…/jobroller) and let them change style of website while all the jobs and users would be shared between all the sites = shared database. So when somebody registers and publishes a job in my main website, published job would be visible in other sites as well.

I have studied a bit about wordpress native multisite network options and shared databases. I know this is possible to do, but for now I would like to hear if somebody has implemented something similar and how hard this is to implement in overall? What do I have to take into account in advance? What are main problems? Is dedicated server mandatory? How jobroller/wordpress updates/plugins are going to work? How hard it is to manage this kind of system after implemented?

I'm probably going to outsource this task, but first I want to know a bit more.
