Multisite user problem. Employer on jobsite1.com becomes Jobseeker on jobsite2.com
I am currently testing a JobRoller setup on
WP Multisite. And I am having some trouble understanding or getting the setup to function in a practical manner.
When a user (Employer or Jobseeker) registers on Site#1.com. This user can also login to Site#2.com with the same login credentials. In fact this user is then not allowed to register on Site#2.com, Site#3.com etc. with his own e-mail address because it already exists.
But the user is not registered to any role (Account type) on any other sites in the network. And when logging on to Site#2.com, Site#3.com etc. the user is presented with a default Dashboard of a Jobseeker. Even if the user has signed up as an Employer on Site#1.com.
1) What is the point of presenting the user (also users with Employer role) with a default Jobseeker Dashboard on Site#2.com, Site#3.com etc.?
2) How can I make sure than an Employer account registered on Site#1.com is also granted an Employer role on Site#2.com, Site#3.com etc.?
The plugin "Multisite User Management" does apparantly not solve this problem. It only allows you to specify a default role for all users signing up on each site in the network.
3) If we were able to somehow manage to get all registered employers granted access to employer dashboard on all sites in the network. How would this work with i.e. Job Packs they have payed for. Will these be availeble on all sites in the network?
