New language not working in subsites (Wordpress multisite installation)

Hi guys.

I want to use Spanish translation for Jobpress, using Wordpress Multisite 3.3.2. I read all the documentation and:

but still not working.

I've two sites, tured.es and tuempleo.net, and in tured.es translation works well, the problem is with tuempleo.net

Here you've my dirs and files:

root@testing:/home/www/tured/wp-content/languages/themes# ls -l

-rw-r--r-- 1 www-data www-data 132182 2012-05-26 13:11 jobroller-es_ES.mo
-rw-r--r-- 1 www-data www-data 154230 2012-05-26 13:38 jobroller-pt_PT.mo

and I've defined in /home/www/tured/wp-config.php

define('WPLANG', 'es_ES');

Any help?
