    Non-Featured Jobs are Featured

    I have two plans set up. A free plan that is configured for non-featured and a paid plan that is configured for featured. Jobs listed under the free plan, however, are showing up as featured and having to be monitored and hand-edited to return them to non-featured. I have these plans correctly configured, but JR isn't working correctly. Your response?
