One more bug in the location search

I've located one more bug in the location search when using special language characters like 'ü', 'ö'. 'ä' ... and I'm sure there are some more in other than german language.

When typing a city like "München" and click on search evreything of the word in url and search field still look ok so far. But when going to the next page of results i.e. it will turn it into 'M%c3%bcnchen' in url and search field.

That's another great bug of the latest build. Dev team should know about it already but did not care until now. Same way all the other bugs of location search.

All other on the site is working well with special characters. So it can't be a wrong configuration of server or database charset. Time to go for it Dev team slowly to eliminate all these serious main bugs in this script!

We know us already approx 2 years and in all this time not really much has changed on the amount of incredible serious main bugs that making your scripts non functional.

Maybe you're better in playing guitar than in developing scripts? I did not hear you playing guitar - but if it sounds the same like your scripts working then it's might better to put a very good quality of cotton into the ears before hearing you play (-;
