    Orders & Subscriptions Tab Appearing For Free Job Site

    I'm using JobRoller 1.7 without any Job Plans or Resume Plans. It's a totally free job board. But in the Dashboard for Job Listers the Subscriptions and Orders tab appear. These don't really make sense for a free job board and will just confuse users. Any way they can be automatically turned off in such cases?

    idea/bug?: if no resume plans -> show resume access info in job plans tab
