Pay Pal Email Address Processing Problem
Hi. I have a customer who submitted a job and a payment for it, but we did not receive a payment through pay pal. Troubleshooting indicated that the customer's receipt states that the payment was sent to
admin@website.colm instead of .com. It is not being sent to us as result.
We cannot quite figure out where to correct the email address in the Job Roll integration with Pay Pal. We set up the integration using IPN.
We likely put the incorrect Pay Pal address in when setting it up, but we need to change it for the transactions to work fully. Suggestions? Thanks ahead.
