PayPal IPN Issues
Hello,
I received the following email from PayPal and was wondering if anyone has a solution to this issue:
Hello Mosaic Blueprint,
Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notification (IPN) messages. Messages sent to the following URL(s) are not being received:
http://www.mosaicmetier.com/?paypalListener=IPN
If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information.
Once you or your service provider fix this problem, you or your service provider can resend the failed messages from the IPN History page. If this problem continues, PayPal may disable the IPN feature for your account.

Based on some information that I have seen in a similar post, the admin asked the person to ensure that the email address in Jobroller >> Pricing >> Gateways matches my paypal email address. It does.
This problem seemed to start shortly after I updated our site to the latest version of wordpress. Currently we are using:
WordPress 3.5.1
Jobroller 1.6.4
Gateway settings:
My email address
Enable IPN: Yes
Enable IPN Debug: Unchecked
Sandbox Mode: No
