    Paypal Payment accepted, but jobs still staying "Pending"

    I am having some issues with PayPal Payments being made, but the jobs not going live on the site and staying pending. However, if I go through as the admin and click "Mark As Paid" on Orders then the job does post. I need them to go live though immediately after payment. And yes, this is being done on a live site and I have IPN checked yes.

    I did read something about needing to enable IPN on my PayPal account to get it to work. Well, I went on my IPN settings on my PayPal and it was disabled. I went to enable it, but it said I needed to type in a URL. Does anybody know what URL I will need to type in? My website is www.betterlexingtonjobs.net.
