Is it possible?

Hi, I would like to offer category advertising. Specifically, I would like to know if it is possible (if it is, how to do it) to place (in this example) a 468 x 60 ad image right below the words Engineering Jobs in the link below. The ad image would replace the current filter checkboxes that are in that place.

This would be a great way to increase revenue for the site owner and a great way for business to increase their exposure / footprint cost effectively.
