Problem with the LinkedIn URL link in MyProfile

In the My Profile/My Dashboard/Edit Profile I have Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn URLs. All but the LinkedIn one work fine when Clicked from View Profile. When I click the URL for I get an error message:
Object not found!

The requested URL was not found on this server. The link on the referring page seems to be wrong or outdated. Please inform the author of that page about the error.
If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

www.prdev.dev is a folder in an Apache Server running on my local host.
The URL in the Browser Bar says: http://www.prdev.dev/http%3A%2F%2Fww...Fkennethwright
When I clik on Twitter the Broser Bar says: https://twitter.com/#!/@CloudPlanners and it works fine

So am guessing that the Apache Server is configured correctly otherwise Twitter and Facebook would not work
My etc/hosts file maps localhost to www.prdev.dev so that seems OK .... on any account Twitter and Facebook work fine so that is probably not the problem

Any ideas why I have this proble with Linkedin and only with LinkedIn
