Problems With Jobroller and Jobsapp

Software is not working right. I sent 3 queries to Jobsapp (1 email to support and 2 posts online). Since they had not even responded, I am assuming these are your issues, as you all work hand-in-hand together with your software, please help.

My username is louiepay. I am a paid subscriber for update and support.
I have a few things that the software is not working right:
1. When I clicked create account without selecting either Employer or Job Seeker, it did not prompt me to select, should prompt user to select option if left blank
2. When I clicked create account with an email address that already exists, it did not prompt me with any message and did not do anything
3. When I clicked create account with a username that already exists, it did not prompt me with any message and did not do anything
4. Items 2 & 3 took me a while to figure out that they were the problems because no notice or message appeared to inform registrants, therefore after further investigation, when you click create account with filled in same used username/email, it should have notes telling visitors what needs to be changed and what are required, ie: jobseeker or employer, username, name, email, Etc.
5. (New) Same with logging in to an existing account, no message when typed wrong info.
Registration is set for both jobseeker and employer under register page content and under settings >> general (in jobroller)
Jobsapp is on version 2.4.4 and Jobroller is on version 1.8.7
I had removed and reinstalled both jobsapp and jobroller (and Version: 1.8.7-dev-2017-02-21.0 [50d33b3ed5]) and with no plugins, problem persisted.
Please provide fixes, I am worried I am losing potential registrants, especially when they type in a username that already in use or not beig informed when they have wrong password typed in.
