Question, not a problem

I launched my first site as a free site with an option to have jobs featured for a price. I decided to introduce job packs and still maintain free posting. I discovered that the system automatically required that one of the packs be chosen so I created a free pack as a work around.

My question is whether if someone purchases a pay pack whether their job will end up in the featured area or in the overall list of jobs
