Questions/Ideas I am hoping you can can help me out with...

Hi all. I have been contacted in the last few days by people who do not want to post jobs on my site, but have businesses that they would like to advertise/list their info on it. Is there currently any software anyone could recommend? I would like to charge people to post their yellow page type listings on my site.

The second thing I have been asked to create is a job alert messenger. So say someone was looking for a job in Denver, CO but there weren't any posted on my site. They could enter their contact info so when one does come up they are immediately emailed about it.

The third thing is how do I increase the number of days a job listing is live. I know the default is 30 days I would like to make it 45 or 60 days. Has anyone thought about what they will be doing with their old job listings for SEO purposes? Would it be wrong to send these posts to a tab that might say "old jobs"? Could that tab be made invisible so only search engines could find it or would that be a bad idea?
