Realy dumb questions about indeed

I have just setup my indeed account. On the indeed integration page I have:

1) Clicked "yes" to enable indeed.com
2) Set the post status to "pending"

I am assuming that by setting to "pending" I have the ability to manually to approve jobs. How does this process work? I am not seeing how/where I go to manually put the jobs up. I have read some of the threads on indeed and I am on a shared server through bluehost. I do not know if this will affect anything. I am also using the most current JB with update patch.
