    registration during job posting redirects to job seeker dashboard

    Since the latest update, I've noticed that after new job posters register at http://www.adaptistration.com/jobs/submit/ they are redirected to a job seeker dashboard at http://www.adaptistration.com/jobs/dashboard/


    This is *very* frustrating for new users; what's the fix here?
