Registration/Login Issue

Does anyone ever have issues with new registration or login hanging? An account gets created, but you can't access your dashboard, it just sits on the registration page. I'm running Askimet, W3tc cache plugin, and Wordpress SEO. I've disabled them and still receive the issue. I originally had thought this might be a caching issue, but I'm not so sure.

i'm by no means a jedi at code, but shouldn't the 2F not be there surrounding dashboard?

the only thing i have done different today is enabled Captcha and the Indeed feed. Rest of the work has been little housekeeping items like just playing around with the text description of job packs and modifying featured jobs pricing.

However, I did find a way to get it out of that loop. I just clicked on browse resumes when logged in during this "hang", then clicked back to the dashboard and it got out of the loop.

Login works completely fine in Internet explorer. I only see this issue when using Firefox 8 or whatever the latest edition is. Everything seems to be working fine now, and I re-enabled my plugins. I'll see if it happens again tomorrow. At any rate, maybe someone can shed some light on this registration/login "hanging" issue?
