Several Errors

I hope someone can help. I have upgraded to the new version and I thought that jobs from Indeed (current jobs) would display dynamically on my website, however, the only jobs that are there are still from Nov. 22nd since I upgraded. The sponsored listings is working just fine. Here is the filter I set up:

Web Designer|US|parttime
Construction|US|fulltime
Construction|US|parttime
Housekeeping|US|fulltime
Housekeeping|US|parttime

And there are more similar filters as well. Did I write the code incorrectly? Or was I mistaken to think that new jobs would still display dynamically within the feed?

Then I just did a search for "Writer" in "San Francisco" and saw this error on the right hand side of the screen where the Job Packs are usually visible: Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home/mjac14/public_html/ReEmployAmerica.com/wp-content/themes/jobroller-1.5.1/includes/sidebar-nav.php on line 22

I spoke with my hosting company, who said: "That error looks to be caused by your theme itself, or possibly an incompatibility with that theme version and your WordPress version."

I'm hoping that someone can help? My website is called ReEmployAmerica.com
