    Show user submitted jobs before indeed jobs

    I apologize ahead of time if there is a post on this, if there is I couldn't find it after searching. I am wanting to show user submitted jobs before the list of indeed jobs on the homepage. Is there an easy way to do this? I can edit the files to accomplish this, but was checking if there is an easier way before I start hacking files. Thanks.
