Submit Job Error

Hi,

We upgraded our site yesterday and have been having errors on the submit page. When anyone tries posting a new job, the fill the form on http://jetheights.com/submit, after filling in the details so the can proceed to the next page before finally submitting, we get error 500.
we urgently need some help as we get loads of job submissions daily.
