So, just curious, is this the only way to get support?
I think we should have read the fine print..were kind of stuck now, we bought the jobroller, and paid to have it custom designed, and now with these bugs were having, we now have to spend time trying to revert back to an older version of jobroller, then we have to try to implement the bug fixes from the new jobroller into the old jobroller just to go live..
Do we have any other options? We have several unanswered forum posts..
