    Tool bar

    Okay, I understand that JobRoller has an upgrade since WP 3.9 came out. That's great, but I only want to fix the missing tool bar that shows up when a job poster wants to post a job (tool bar includes the standard stuff, Bold, italics, etc). Can you tell me the files and code that need to be changed to fix that one small issue?
