Twitter & RSS Icons Help

Hello,

I recently dragged and dropped the Twitter & RSS Icon widget into my main sidebar. After dropping it in there it states "There are no options for this widget". I then went into Jobroller - Settings - Twitter ID. Do I paste my Twitter's numeric ID or the @Username ID here? Anyways, how can I set this properly so both my Twitter & RSS icons will show in my main sidebar?
