Unwanted Redirects

Hi there,
I am using jobroller version 1.5.3 installed along with WordPress 3.3.1, at the UI we faced to unwanted redirects i.e. at any page where there is a form for example sign up form when user points the mouse cursor at any field and starts typing to fill up the fields the page instantly redirects user to the homepage, even at the home page itself same thing happens when user needs to type something into the search fields.
The unwanted redirects happens on different browsers and OS but with IE some forms such as sign up form are fully disappeared !
I even deactivated all the plugins but the problem is still there.
