My website host name and wordpress are included in the notification email

The blow is the email that JR automatically send to applicant when they apply job online:

from: WordPress info@mywebsitename.co.uk. via cl117.mywebsitehostname.com
to: testing@gmail.com
date: 24 November 2011 20:55
subject: [copy] Application for job "Xerox Operator"
mailed-by: cl117.mywebsitehostname.com

Applicant Name: testing
Applicant Email: testing@testing.com

I don't want my website host name, wordpress and mailed-by: cl117.mywebsitehostname.com appear in the notification email. How to remove them?
