why a receipt when using a purchased job pack?
If I buy a plan/pack, I get
1. a pending order email (this is your order ...) - OK
2. once paid, I get a receipt email - OK.
If im buying a plan/pack in the process of posting a job, I get
1. a pending order email (this is your order ...+ job details) - OK
2. once paid, I get a receipt email - OK.
If im only posting a job, using an already paid plan/pack, i get
1. NO pending order email (this is your order ...) - OK, since I already paid for it, so its not pending
2. I get a receipt email (confirm your purchase) with ordervalue of 0,00 - WHY? does not make sense to me to get a receipt for something I already purchased.
It would make sense if, for example:
- Im using an existing job pack, which allow me to post a job, using the credit left in the pack.
- I select extra 'featured' add-on, which is not part of the plan
Then it does make sense, since Im actually ordering something new, that has to be paid.
So basically: only send a receipt when total order price >0.
Does it make sense what im saying?
