WordPress [wordpress@domain.com]

When a new user registers at my site, their username and password is sent to them. The problem is that the "from name" in the email is "WordPress [wordpress@sleepjobs.net]".

Of course, that sends a huge RED FLAG to a potential customer that my site is not as professional as they had hoped for. I've already had 2 potential customers fall off at this point.

Why doesn't the from name in the email reflect the email address that I entered? Why does it reference "wordpress" at all?

I need help with this ASAP. Please!!!!
