Wordpress Error

Whilst signed into my site i am approached with a page showing this:

when logged in no one can access any part of my site as they are given a message pertaining to permissions they don't have/need for that part of the site.

also when not logged in, i am being redirected to the wordpress login page (/wp-login.php?) the site is www.jobping.co.uk

any help would be appreciated as i have been having this problem for a few days since i had to change my theme from jobrollers child theme jobright, to a completely different theme called enigma. due to design changes but as i changed back to the jobroller/jobright child theme my site has been broke

Also this is a theme issue as my site works using the twentyfifteen theme.
