    Wordpress upgrade?

    Hey guys, I'm trying to upgrade to JobRoller 1.5.4 from 1.4.2, and it says on one of the pages that I can automatically upgrade by going to Appearance > Themes, and an upgrade button will be there, but I don't see one anywhere? I've been checking for the last 2 days and haven't seen one!
