XML Sitemaps, Jobroller and Job search engines
There are a bunch of low job search engines that I am trying to work on posting my jobs. I would ASSume any free job postings is a plus. (BTW most colleges allow you to post on there web sites for free for students and alumni - friendly FYI).
That said I just relzied I have been using the wrong xml plugin all along and switched to yoast via this thread:

Now comes the fun part. in looking at
The Largest Online Job Search Engine | Jobs from Employers | Hound.com for example, they will allow a simple xml job feed. (check it out

MY long winded question is what if anything do I need to do special to make this work? I am think the general version of the sitemap is not going to work. Can I use a seperate sitemap generator to grab the specific things and point it to that?
Pardon my questions, I am an intelligent person just not as familiar with this as I would like. Thanks for the help!
