Admin Notification when new Ticket is created
When a new Ticket is created the Administrator (or the user that created the ticket) is not notified by E-Mail. The plug-in "Subscribe to Comments Reloaded" also doesn't send a notification E-Mail when a Ticket is created. What can I do to get/ create a notification E-Mail when a Ticket is created both to the User that created the Ticket and the Administrator? This should be part of the QC default configuration?
