Bug - List of Tickets ans Status availabe without Log-in
Hello Support,
the List of Tickets created can be viewed by anyone (Guest user without a user account or being logged-in). Not the Ticket Details, but the Status and Ticket name. I did a few screen captures to show you what I mean. Please see attached...
Capture-1.jpg - open default site url
Capture-2.jpg - click on status bar and select 'new'
Capture-3.jpg - the list of tickets with status 'new' is shown
Capture-4.jpg - the ticket name is shown
Capture-5.jpg - the ticket contents in not displayed
All this information is available without the user having to log-in? Cannot be, right?
