EMail notifications - LAMP installation
Hi, i recently setup Quality control but cannot get it to send emails for status updates or assigning tickets. I have a feeling it may be because I am running an internal ubuntu 10.04 lamp server. Is there any instructions on configuring this type of server for quality control, or setting up cron?
Any help would be appreciated!
