Issiues with Contributor account within QC, and a few requests
Hi,
I have multiple issues giving someone the contributor account with the Quality control theme (Front office issues).
I would like to know if you could also reproduce those issues, and/or if you found a solution.
Here are my issues :
- “X” creates a ticket with the contributor account, if he’s not assigned, he can see his ticket right after having created it, but he can’t modify it (which is really a problem because if he made a mistake creating it, he can’t go back)
- If “Y” has been assigned once “X” first created the ticket, if “Y” answers back, it creates a duplicate ticket for the “X”, and it actually duplicates the tickets for “X” as many times someone acts on the ticket.
Those are issues occurring with the contributor account but some evolutions would be great on the next theme’s release, such as :
- Having a confirmation pop up when clicking on the delete ticket link
- Having the category list showing even if there is no ticket inside (Could probably be a choice in the back office?)
