    Levels of user access.

    I have found an error in the access level users who are not administrators.

    Users who are not administrators, they receive an error "404 - Page Not Found
    Sorry, the page you are looking for could not be located ".

    the system is set. "Users can only view Their Own tickets and tickets they are assigned to"
