Under your config PDF :
Administrators and Editors
Can create new tickets
Can view all tickets
Can edit all tickets, including tickets created by other users
Authors and Contributors
Can create new tickets
Can view and edit only the tickets created by them or assigned to them
But authors and contributors does not work this way - pls see image
Step 1) As a host (editor) - I created 3 new tickets & 1 reply ticket all assigned to IOM (author)
Step 2) IOM only can view the 1 reply ticket but not the 3 new tickets
Step 3) I Change IOM to contributer > worst > Now IOM cant even create ticket.
Urgent - there are few other users adding in and will become kiosk.
a) Me (host) - Editor >
Action : can create, assign and see all activities to Person A & B
b) Person A (my outsource designer) - Administrator >
Action : can create, assign and see all activities -
Purpose : Take instruction from host & access A tickets to download images for site building.
c) Person B (Client) - Author / contributor ? >
Action : only create and assign to host
Purpose : Site discussion & download image to host for site building.
**IMPORTANT** : B CANNOT KNOW ABOUT OUTSOURCE TO A - SO ALL TICKETS FROM A ARE NOT TO BE SEEN BY B.
