    Problems with Quality Control Theme

    Hi Guys,

    I purchased the Quality Control theme back in March but have only gotten around to testing it out today and I have a few issues with it that I believe make it unworkable for me. I've listed them in order of importance (for me at least);
    • No email notification - This is the biggest problem for me. Without this functionality I need to send an email to the client every time I add something to it, I may aswell just send it via email in the first place. Also without a notification I have no way of knowing if a client has posted anything unless I check regularly, it's easier just to check my emails than to have to do this.

    • update ticket properties - users can change the status, priority, milestone and category. If a user changes these items it can make it complicated when looking for items under any those specifics and they have been changed by the user. I think the user should only be allowed to change the priority or at least set them only when they create a ticket.

    • Assigned to: - the user should not be able to see or change this.

    • Tickets started link - I'm testing as a user and when I select 'tickets started' not all items were listed. I entered a new ticket that could only be found by clicking on the correct status. This makes it confusing to find tickets.

    • Milestone - These should be user specific so that milestones can be created for individual user projects.

    • New pages - It would be very useful if admin could create new pages and assign them to specific users.

    • Admin login - within the wordpress admin I should be able to search for tickets by user if required to keep track of all communication with a specific users.

    • Status - The number of tickets listed in the drop down are not corresponding to the number of actual tickets for the user.

    • Ticket duplication - One ticket I created duplicated when I responded to it via the admin and shows the same ticket twice on the page under the user login.

    Unfortunately because of these shortcomings I cannot use the theme as I had hoped and I would like to respectfully request a refund as I will not be using this for my business.

    Regards,
    Gearoid
