Questions about emails and users
I found few similar threads open but none of them answer my questions. So here is the list:
1. Why mails sent while new user registration goes straight to spam box?
2. Why when there is update over the tickets nobody receive mails, there is no even simple blinking green light to give signals there is an update?
3. Why there is no control of emails?
I have setup over 50 tickets, I wasting more time of investigation which tickets has update than before I buy this app ?
4. Why there is no user which is not able to assign people?
5. Why everybody can see how many tickets are in High, Medium or Low priority, why everybody should know the number of projects and their status?
6. Why the support is that laconic and slow?
7. Do you believe that $99 is bit high for such cut off application and poor support? Is there money back guarantee because with no emails on ticket updates I CAN't use it?
