AppThemes Updater Not installing on my plugins when I try uploading it..

Hello All

I'm trying to install the plugin AppThemes Updater to update to the new version of vantage but it's not happening sadly.

I go into my wordpress plugin place > add new > upload > then clicked choose file then pressed the blue folder icon "appthemes-updater" and then it gives me 4 boxes in a line:

appthemes-updater.php
templates blue folder
updater-class.php
updater.ui.php

If i select "choose"it will let me only open one of these 4 options above and NOT the complete file will ever be uploaded

I'm stuck with this, can someone please help as how to updated it quickly.
