Cannot Find On Maps

Hello. I'm not sure what the issue is here. I am running a clean version of WordPress (3.5.1). No additional plugins. When I install Vantage (1.1.4), all seems to be okay except the "Find on Map" feature doesn't work... it's just a blank box and entering an address doesn't produce any results. However, what's interesting is that when I was troubleshooting the issue, it shows that within the WordPress Dashboard, under the Vantage button, there are a number of options available in the screenshot that I do not have:

My installation only shows Dashboard, Importer, and Settings.

Is this normal for version 1.1.4? In any case, can someone help me? I have installed the version 3 times on 3 different sites and am experiencing the same problem on all three.
