Can't create events

Hello, I'm having problems creating events on frontend (I have no problems creating them from wp-admin) since I updated to Vantage 1.2.1. It opens the create event plan selection but when clicking on continue it just doesn't go on to the next page. If I disable payments for events it opens the create event form but after filling the data and clicking on the submit form it doesn't go on the next page and just stays there.

I created a child theme and tested it in a subdirectory using exactly the same vantage version and configurations, wordpress versions and plugins and it works great.

Please help.
