    categories disappeared!

    Hi,

    I created a bunch of categories, then I deleted a main category. Now I do not have access to the sub-categories underneath that main category. It says I have 4 pages of categories (62), but as you can see from this screencap the third of four pages only shows a few.     How do I access these?
