I have tried two complete installations of Wordpress (latest) without any plugins, one on my local development machine and one on-line and then added the latest Vantage 1.2 theme (I have even tried the nightly buid) - neither will display the Categories panel when working in Price Plans so I am unable to attach any price plans to anything.
