Category Sidebar Advertising

Hi,

Either I am missing something, which may be the case, but if not, I cannot believe there is not a unique Ad Spot opportunity for each uniquely named Category. Ideally, there would be an opportunity to "OWN" the category so to speak by purchasing a Featured Ad Spot, (See image) only 1 per category. This would provide Monetization opportunities for each Category for the Featured Ad Spot, in addition, there should be multiple Sidebar Ad Spot widgets available as well.

Right now, there is not even a drag and drop widget available for sidebar advertising for each unique category.

If I am wrong, please show me a site where there is unique advertising spots available per category.
