    Claimed Listing Disappeared

    Just recently my client made a profile for a business, then the business owner went to pay for the listing and claimed it. Now the listing disappeared and it is nowhere to be found on the site or the backend. The listing was to last a whole year so it shouldn't of expired. Has anyone experienced this or know why this happened???
