    Contact Listing Owner Form Glitch

    I've go a bug on my site, on fresh install.

    This is my demo site http://vantage.foundry8.com/listings/appthemes/

    1. Click on but "Contact Listing Owner". http://prntscr.com/1np3mp
    2. You'll get form, do not fill it, just close it by clicking "X" at the corner or on dark transparent background. http://prntscr.com/1np44v
    3. Try to turn it on again by clicking same button "Contact Listing Owner". You'll get this http://prntscr.com/1np3w0
